State Sovereignty and Sand

In a way, I'm glad AG Eric holder and the white house are so misguided as to fight Arizona in court. When Arizona wins, it will cement the idea of protecting our borders legally and forcefully. Exerting 10th amendment rights of the state will have gained traction and a win in court will be the sand under the wheels of enforcement. The reassertion of state's rights is at the core of this controversy, not immigration. State's rights extend to so much more and the federal government is frantic over the loss of control over the states. Frankly, I couldn't be happier. This is a bloodless civil war (so far).
As for sand, tell Eric Holder to go pound it up his ass.
